Established in Sydney in 1986
Roof Maintenance was established in 1986. Starting in the Sydney area, we now have 3 roof repair and maintenance divisions covering all of the Sydney metropolitan area and a large projects division.
Our 3 main divisions cover the Sydney metropolitan area and Country NSW from Wollongong in the south to the Central Coast in the north and from Bondi in the east out to Katoomba in the west.
Our list of clients include local and State Government Departments, Development Companies and Builders, and most of Sydney’s Strata Management Companies. However, we have never lost sight of our humble beginnings and always make time for small companies and homeowners.

All Franchise Premium supervisors and tradesmen are trained in all relevant WH&S practices. Working at heights, Senior First Aid (St John’s Ambulance) and bonded asbestos removal. We are fully certificated and keep up to date with all necessary regulations and guideline changes.
Strata management is a stressful business nowadays; don’t add further stress by calling in a cowboy outfit. We have been servicing strata residential & commercial buildings for over 30 years and have the runs on the board to ensure that the job is done right the first time, no headache, no stress, just a job well done.
